玉屏风散在皮肤科的临床应用

Clinical Application of Yupingfeng Powder in Dermatology

玉屏风散是益气固表的经典名方,由黄芪、白术、防风三药组成,可用于治疗表虚自汗、腠理不密、易感风邪者。近来考证提出,玉屏风散类方应为刘完素所创,并记录于《素问病机气宜保命集》之中;以"玉屏风散"命名的最早书籍为《究原方》或《仁存方》,现存古籍中以"玉屏风散"命名是《丹溪心法》。玉屏风散在皮肤科可广泛运用于慢性荨麻疹、慢性湿疹、儿童过敏性紫癜、带状疱疹及光老化等多种皮肤疾病,尤以治疗慢性荨麻疹效果显著。在临床运用中当遵循中医传统"辨证论治"及"异病同治"理论。

Yupingfeng Powder is the classic prescription of tonifying Qi and strengthening exterior Therapy,composed of Astragalus,Atractylodes and divaricate saposhnikovia can be used to treat who is spontaneous perspiration,weakness of striae and susceptible to wind evil. Recently,some study have suggested that Yupingfeng Powder should be created by Liu Wan Su and recorded in ＂ Su Wen Bing Ji Qi Sheng Qi Ji Bao Ming Ji＂.The name of ＂ Yupingfeng＂ was first written in the book ＂ Jiu Yuan Fang＂ or ＂ Ren Cun Fang＂,although the earlist book we can see it now is ＂ Dan Xi Xin Fa＂. Yuping-feng Powder in the dermatology can be widely used in chronic urticaria,chronic eczema,children allergic purpura,shingles,photoaging and other skin diseases,especially the effect on the treatment of chronic urticaria is significan. In the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,we must following the ＂ syndrome differentiation and treatment＂, ＂ same treatment for different diseases＂ theory.
