The Theory and Application of Shenling Baizhu Powder in Ancient and Modern

参苓白术散起源于宋代,出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,是健脾祛湿及体现"培土生金"治法的常用方剂。笔者从事皮肤科临床工作三十余年,提出皮肤病以"调理脾胃为重"的学术观点,兹将临床中运用参苓白术散的点滴心得与同道分享。本文主要介绍了参苓白术散的源流发展、历代医家论述和现代药效研究,分享了部分临床医案。

Shenling baizhu powder originated in the Song Dynasty of the Tai ping benevolent dispensary,that is a classic clinical decoction which can invigorate the spleen to elimimate dampness and reflect the theory of reinforcing earth to generate metal,the author proposes the point of regulating spleen and stomach.
