黄连解毒汤为中医经典方剂之一,功效为清热泻火、除湿解毒,凡湿热互结、蕴热化毒皆可加减用之。其最早见于《肘后备急方》,历代医家多有论述。而今不仅用于内科杂病,亦广泛用于外科皮肤病中,皮肤科常见症状如红斑、丘疹、渗出、瘙痒等,多属中医的"热"、"湿"范畴,故以其加减辨治单纯疱疹、带状疱疹、接触性皮炎、湿疹、特应性皮炎、激素依赖性皮炎、银屑病、痤疮、脂溢性皮炎、过敏性紫癜等诸病。重视辨病与辨证相结合,使湿热并除,通过把握病机本质,以达良效。

Huanglian Jiedu decoction is one of the classic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,the effect of it is clearing away heat and purging fire,or removing moistureand detoxification,it can be added or subtracted by the use of the interaction of heat and dampness,and accumulation heat to poison. Huanglian Jiedu decoction is earliest seen in Zhouhou Beiji Fang,it has been discussed much by doctors in past dynasties.Now not only for medical miscellaneous diseases,it is also widely used in surgical dermatology,skin common symptoms such as erythema,papules,exudation and itching,mostly belonging to ＂ heat＂ and ＂ dampness＂,it can be used for the treatment of herpes simplex,herpes zoster,contact dermatitis,eczema,atopic dermatitis,hormonedependent dermatitis,psoriasis,acne,seborrheic dermatitis and allergic purpura,etc,paying attention to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation to remove both dampness and heat,achieving good therapeutic effect by grasping the essence of the pathogenesis.
