临床决策是每一位医生每天临床实践中必然要面临的一项基本功,也是影响无数患者健康与生命的关键。本文通过一名麻醉医师以患者身份所经历的疾病诊疗过程为例,从医、患不同视角剖析了临床决策过程中面临的困惑,充分认识到健康素养的培养、科学的医学决策方法和医学决策理论学习的迫切需求。临床诊疗中就需要根据不同人群、不同情境进行科学的医疗决策。

The clinical decision-making always is an essential technique of every doctor who has to face in medical practice everyday, as well as is a key question influencing every patient＇s health and life. In this paper, example of the process of seeing a doctor by an anesthesiologist with the identity of patients, a diagnosis and treatment experience from a different perspective of doctor or patient, analyzes the facing clinical decision making in the process of confusion. Fully aware of the urgent need for the cultivation of health literacy and urgent need for learning of scientific decision-making methods or medical decision theory.
