2209例不吸烟肺癌患者生存率和预后影响因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 通过描述与分析2005年~2014年温州市不吸烟肺癌患者的生存率及预后影响因素,为本地区的肺癌防治提供相关参考。通过寿命表法计算生存率,采用Log-rank检验进行单因素分析,Cox模型进行影响患者预后的多因素分析,筛选影响不吸烟肺癌患者预后的因素。1年、3年、5年生存率分别为55%、30%和22%。职业、吸烟状况、蔬菜多少、有无转移、病理类型、治疗手段、有无厨房油烟、家庭被动吸烟对不吸烟肺癌患者的生存率均有影响(P<0.05)。Cox多因素分析结果显示:是否经常吃绿色蔬菜、有无厨房抽油烟机、家庭环境烟草烟雾(ETS)、临床分期、病理类型(其他)、治疗方法(保守治疗和靶向治疗)、职业(农牧渔民)对预后有影响(P值均<0.05)。常吃绿色蔬菜、有厨房抽油烟机、家庭ETS、临床分期等都是影响温州地区不吸烟原发性肺癌发病和预后的重要因素。 To describe and analyze the survival and the diversed prognostic factors of nonsmoker primary lung cancer patients in order to provide references for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, the authors selected the factors affected the prognosis of the patients through life table method and multivariate Cox model analysis. For 1 year the survival rate of the patients was 55%, for 3 years the survival rate of the patients was 30%, and for 5 years the survival rate of the patients was 22%. The gender, age, smoking status, pathological type and therapeutic methods all had a somewhat effect on survival rate of primary lung cancer patients (P〈 0. 05). The gender, smoking and therapeutic methods are all important risk factors of primary lung cancer. Whether to eat green vegetables, with or without kitchen hood, family ETS, clinical stage, pathological type (other), treatment (biotherapy and targeted therapy), occupation (farmers fishermen) have an effect on prognosis. To eat green vegetables, with a kitchen hood , family ETS, clinical stage and so on are all important factors that influence the survival rate and prognosis of non-smoking primary lung cancer in Wenzhou area.
