五行音乐治疗阿尔茨海默病精神行为症状的临床研究

Clinical Research about Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Alzheimer's Disease:Chinese five elements of music therapy

探讨五行音乐联合药物治疗对轻中度阿尔茨海默病精神行为症状的改善作用,阐明音乐治疗在阿尔茨海默病照护中的重要意义。共收集伴有焦虑组症状的轻中度阿尔茨海默病患者59例。随机分为对照组、药物治疗组及音乐治疗组,随诊3个月,观察治疗前后认知、精神行为症状及生活能力变化。药物治疗组与音乐治疗组精神行为症状与生活能力均有提高,与对照组比较有统计学差异。五行音乐结合药物治疗可减低轻中度阿尔茨海默病患者焦虑等精神行为症状,提高生活能力。

To explore the effect of Chinese five elements of music therapy in combined with medicine on behavioral and psychological symptoms with mild and moderate Alzheimer＇s disease. It is important for the care of Alzheimer＇s patience. Fifty-nine patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were recruited and divided randomly into three groups： control group, drug therapy group and music therapy group, follow-up for 3 months, observed cognitive, behavioral and psychological symptoms, activity of daily living. Drug therapy group and music therapy group were lower than baseline. Drug therapy group and music therapy group were lower than control group. Chinese five elements of music therapy in combined with drug therapy could reduce anxiety on behavioral and psychological symptoms with mild and moderate Alzheimer＇s disease, improve the ability of life.
