摘要
纤维的掺入可大幅度地改善铁路箱梁桥面防水保护层细石混凝土的脆性和抗裂性。通过12HD、18HP和36HP三种不同规格和性能的高ZrO_2含量耐碱玻璃纤维,建立了三种不同双掺组合方案,并与现行的聚丙烯腈纤维在拌合性能、力学性能和耐久性能等方面进行比较,以及三种方案间的对比,择优选取了12HD+36HP组合方案,证明了高ZrO_2含量耐碱玻璃纤维与混凝土有较强的适应性,相比聚丙烯腈具有一定优越性,为高ZrO_2含量耐碱玻璃纤维在铁路混凝土中的应用推广奠定了坚实的基础。
Fiber can greatly improve the brittleness and crack resistance of the fine aggregate concrete in the waterproof pro- tective layer of railway box girder bridge. Three different mixing schemes are established, using of 12HD, 18HP and 36HP three kinds of the high ZrO2 content of alkali-resistant glass fiber. By comparing the mixing performance of concrete, the mechanical properties and durability, highlighting the superiority of alkali-resistant glass fibers, the 12HD + 36HP combination scheme is selected finally. It is proved that the high ZrO: content of alkali-resistant glass fiber is higbly suited to concrete, and it has strong adaptability and advantage compared with polyaerylonitrile. This has laid a solid foundation for the popularization and application of high ZrO2 content of alkali-resistant glass fiber in railway concrete.
