摘要
桥梁深水基础是一种不同于一般基础的特殊基础工程,其不仅受水流及环境的作用,还会受地质条件、施工过程等因素的影响。结合福建南平延顺高速公路浆甲大桥的施工特点,重点研究了内河流域库区环境下,深水大卵石覆盖层条件下桥梁预穿卵石层预先成孔技术,其泥砂分离净化装置、桩基快速清孔换浆装置等的成功应用,解决了深水(28 m)大卵石覆盖层环境桩基施工的技术难题,可为今后类似的深水桥施工提供参考。
Bridge deepwater foundation is a kind of special foundation engineering that differs from general foundation engineering, it is not only affected by water and the role of the environment, but also affected by factors such as geological conditions and the construction process. Combined with the construction characteristics of Jiangjia Bridge located on Yanshun Highway in Nanping of Fujian Province, this paper mainly studied the pre pore-forming technology of bridge crossed pebble layer in advance covered by deepwater pebble bed under the environment of inland rivers reservoir area. The successful application of silt separating and purifying device, and pile foundation quick-cleaning hole and swapping slurry device solved the technical difficulties of pile foundation construction covered by deepwater (28 m) pebble bed. It could provide a reference for similar deepwater bridge construction in future.
