摘要
目的研究新发现的基因内质网膜复合亚基6(EMC6)在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变及宫颈癌组织中的表达。方法收集正常宫颈组织(正常宫颈组)及宫颈上皮内瘤变组织(CIN组)各80例和宫颈癌组织100例(宫颈癌组)石蜡组织标本。用免疫组化法研究EMC6分别在上述病例中的表达。结果宫颈癌组中EMC6表达率为64.0%(64/100),CIN组中EMC6表达率为93.8%(75/80),正常宫颈组中EMC6表达率为81.3%(65/80),各组EMC6表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EMC6蛋白表达率与宫颈癌患者年龄、临床分期、癌组织的大小、大体类型、病理类型、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移等均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 EMC6的表达降低可能参与了宫颈癌的发生、发展。但EMC6表达水平与宫颈癌患者的各临床特征,包括年龄、期别、癌组织的大小、大体类型、病理类型、病理分化程度、有无淋巴结转移等无关。
Objective To study the expression level of EMC6, a newly found gene involved in autophagy, in cervical cancer tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) tissues and normal cervical tissues. Methods Collected were 100 cases of normal cervical tissue (termed as normal control group) and cervical intraep- ithelial neoplasia (termed as CIN group) and 80 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (termed as CSCC group). The expression of EMC6 in each of the above cases was evaluated by immunohistochemical method. Results In CSCC group, positive expression accounted for 64.0% (64/100) ; in CIN group, posi- tive expression accounted for 93.8% (75/80) ; in normal control group, positive expression accounted for 81.3%(65/80). EMC6 protein expression was shown to be the lowest in cervical cancer tissues and the highest in CIN tissues, and there was significant difference (P 〈0.05). In CSCC group, expression of EMC6 protein had no significant correlation with age, clinical stage, gross type, tumor pathological type, tumor pathological grade and lymph node metastasis (P 〉0.05). Conclusion The expression level of EMC6 was presented to be decreased when CIN develops to cervical cancer, suggesting that reduced ex- pression of EMC6 could promote the malignant transformation of cervical epithelial. In addition, the ex- pression of EMC6 was displayed to be no statistical significant correlation with the size, stage, differentia- tion degree and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer tissues.
