摘要
用0(CK)、0.2、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mmol/L的水杨酸(SA)溶液分别处理白菜型冬油菜陇油6号和天油2号种子,萌发后测定不同温度(常温、10℃、5℃、0℃、-5℃)下幼苗的部分生理指标,分析其变化对抗寒性的影响。结果表明,1.0 mmol/L水杨酸溶液处理能显著提高两个品种幼苗内脯氨酸含量,增强幼苗中过氧化物酶(POD)的酶活性,减缓叶绿素含量的下降幅度以及丙二醛的上升幅度,提高白菜型冬油菜抗寒性,其中对天油2号的影响更为明显。综合各项指标,在生产中建议使用1.0 mmol/L水杨酸溶液处理白菜型冬油菜种子,以提高其抗寒性。
The Longyou 6 and Tianyou 2 seeds are treated with different concentration solution[0(CK), 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 mmol/L] of salicylic acid(SA), determination of different temperature (room temperature, 10, 5, 0, -5 ℃ ) seedlings under some physiological index, the influence of the changes of cold resistance is analyzed. The result shows that 1 mmol/L salicylic acid treatment significantly increased the proline (Pro) content of seedlings of two species, enhanced peroxidase in seedlings (POD) enzyme activity, reduce the chlorophyll content declined and malondialdehyde (MDA) increased significantly, improve the cold resistance of B. campestis L. cultivars, which Tianyou 2 is more obvious influence. Integrated indicators, it can improve the resistance to environmental stresses the use 1.0 mmol/L recommend of salicylic acid treatment in winter turnip rape seeds in the production.
