强直性脊柱炎与相关经络关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Ankylosing Spondylitis and Related Meridians

目的:通过文献分析强直性脊柱炎与相关经络关系及腧穴应用规律。方法:电子检索《中华医典》第5版,并配合手工查阅先秦到民国中医文献中针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎相关疾病文献,建立数据库,采用频数分析法对针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎相关疾病的腧穴、归经、治疗方式进行分析。结果:共纳入文献385条,涉及腧穴71个,腧穴使用总频次为482次,归属9条经脉,其中足太阳膀胱经、督脉、足少阴肾经不仅腧穴使用频率高,而且腧穴使用频次明显高出其他经脉,使用频次高的腧穴有肺俞、委中、腰俞、风池、大钟、大肠俞、昆仑、志室、章门、合阳、中膂俞等。结论:强直性脊柱炎与足太阳膀胱经、督脉、足少阴肾经密切相关,针灸治疗取穴应以该经脉的腧穴为主。

Objective：To analyze the relationship between ankylosing spondylitis （AS） and related meridians, and points application rules on the foundation of literature. Methods： Canon of Chinese medicine, versionⅤ was searched electronically, the related TCM literature about the treatment of AS with acupuncture from the pre-Qin pe-riod to the Republic of China were checked manually, and the database was established. Points, meridians tropism and therapeutic methods of treating AS by acupuncture were analyzed by adopting frequency analysis method. Re-sults：All 385 literature were included which involved 71 points, and the total using frequency of the points were 482 which belong to nine meridians. Among the nine meridians, points of the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang, the Governor Vessel and the Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin not only be used most frequently, but the using frequen-cies of these points were also obviously higher than those of the other meridians. Points in higher using frequency were as follows：FeiShu（BL13）, WeiZhong（BL40）, YaoShu （GV2）, FengChi （GB20）, DaZhong （KI4）, DaChangShu （BL25）, KunLun （BL60）, ZhiShi （BL52）, ZhangMen （LR13）, HeYang （BL55）, ZhongLvShu （BL29）, etc. Conclusion：Ankylosing spondylitis is closely related to the Bladder Meridian of Foot-TaiYang, the Governor Vessel and the Kid-ney Meridian of Foot-ShaoYin, points of these three meridians should be mainly chosen when treated with acupunc-ture.
