摘要
对各国医院伦理委员会监管模式的考察,并结合我国当前伦理委员会监管现状,提出适合我国的监管路径,指出政府监管和第三方认证结合,提高伦理审查规范法律位阶是我国伦理委员会监管发展面临的重要课题。
The regulatory path suitable for China is raised bYinspecting the regulation mode of national hos-pital ethics committee, combined with the supervision status in our country, it is pointed out that the combination of the government regulation and the third-party certification, improving legal hierarchy of the ethical review standard are the important topics for the supervision development of our country ethics committee.
