风湿汤联合风湿足浴粉浴足对膝关节骨性关节炎相关细胞因子表达的影响

The Influence of FengShi Tang Combined with Foot Bath with Rheumatoid Foot Powder on the Expressions of Cytokines Related to Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察风湿汤内服联合袋泡洗剂风湿足浴粉治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效以及对关节液中白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)表达水平的影响。方法:将膝关节骨性关节炎患者160例随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,对照组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗;治疗组内服风湿汤联合袋泡洗剂风湿足浴粉泡脚治疗,共治疗3个疗程。比较2组患者治疗前后VAS评分改善情况及血清中IL-1、IL-6表达水平变化情况。结果:2组患者膝关节功能均有明显改善,血清IL-1、IL-6均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:内服风湿汤联合中药袋泡洗剂风湿足浴粉可拮抗膝关节骨性关节炎患者血清IL-1、IL-6表达,改善膝关节功能。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of oral administration of FengShi Tang combined with rheumatoid foot powder for external use in treating knee osteoarthritis （KOA） and its influence on the expressions of IL-1 and IL-6 in joint fluid. Methods： All 160 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 80 cases each group. The control group took glucosamine hydrochloride capsules orally, the treatment group accepted oral administration of FengShi Tang and rheumatoid foot powder for external use. Both groups were treated for three courses of the treatment. VAS scales improvements and the expressions of IL-1 and IL-6 in the joint fluid of the patients in both groups were compared. Results：Knee joints of the patients in both groups were improved obviously, the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 decreased notably compated with before treating （P〈0.05）, and the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups after treating （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Oral administration of FengShi Tang combined with rheumatoid foot powder for external use could fight against the expressions of IL-1 and IL-6 in KOA patients, and improve knee joint functions.
