安坤种子丸对卵巢储备功能下降(肾虚证)患者FSH,LH,FSH/LH的影响 被引量:12

Influence of AnKun ZhongZi Pills on FSH,LH and FSH/LH of the Patients Suffering from Decreased Ovarian Reserve of Renal Deficiency Pattern

摘要 目的:探讨安坤种子丸对卵巢储备功能下降(肾虚证)患者血清卵泡刺激素(FSH),黄体生成素(LH),FSH/LH的影响。方法:将卵巢储备功能下降(肾虚证)患者200例按随机数字表法分为对照组、治疗组各100例。治疗组给予安坤种子丸口服治疗,对照组采用激素替代疗法,2组均治疗3个月经周期后观察治疗前后FSH,LH,FSH/LH值的变化情况。结果:2组治疗后FSH降低,LH升高,FSH/LH值均降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:安坤种子丸与激素替代疗法有相似的治疗效果,是治疗卵巢储备功能低下(肾虚证)患者安全有效的治疗方法。 Objective:To discuss the influence of AnKun ZhongZi pills on FSH, LH and FSH/LH of the pa-tients with decreased ovarian reserve of renal deficiency pattern. Methods: All 200 patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group equally according to random number table method. The treatment group took AnKun ZhongZi pills orally, and the control group used hormone replacement therapy, the changes of FSH, LH and FSH/LH were observed before and after the treatment after both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles. Re-sults:FSH lowered, LH raised and FSH/LH decreased in both groups after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning when the indexed after treating were compared with these before treating (P〈0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P〉0.05). Conclusion:AnKun ZhongZi pills shows similar clinical effects to hormone replacement therapy, and it is a safe and effective method of treating decreased ovarian reserve of renal deficiency pattern.
