喜马拉雅紫茉莉提取方法、化学成分及药理作用研究

查阅国内外有关文献对喜马拉雅紫茉莉提取方法、化学成分和药理作用的研究进行综合分析,指出喜马拉雅紫茉莉中主要含有黄酮类、皂苷类、生物碱类、鱼藤酮类化合物,目前已分离出的活性单体成分为胡芦巴碱、Boeravinone E及Boeravinone C等,但该基础研究尚处于初步阶段,用于避孕、杀虫、抗菌等的物质基础仍不清楚,还应进行系统性研究。

By consulting and analyzing the literature on the studies on extraction method, chemical ingredi-ents and pharmacological effects of Himalayan umbrellawort comprehensively, there are mainly flavonoids, saponins, alkaloids and rotenoids contained in Himalayan umbrellawort, and active monomer components including trigonelline, Boeravinone E, Boeravinone C and others are separated, while the basic studies are still in a preliminary way, material basis used for birth control, killing the insects, antibiosis and others is still uncertain, and more system-atic researches are needed.
