The inheritance and innovation of translated terms wording in the two schemes were summarized by discussing the conditions of translated terms in two sets of TCM translated terms standardization schemes from the aspects of wording, the existed problems was pointed out in order to promote the revision and spreading of trans- lated terms standardization scheme.
