摘要
植物多糖是普遍存在自然植物界,由许多相同或不同的单糖以α-或β-糖苷键所组成的一类大分子化合物.多糖是一类重要的信息分子,在有机体中参与多种生命活动.本文从提取分离、脱色纯化、分析测定、构效关系、药理作用、生物学功能等方面综述了植物多糖的研究及开发利用情况,阐述其作为治疗药物的主要成分在当前临床上所发挥的重要作用,为进一步深入研究开发更多有价值的植物多糖产品提供借鉴.
Plant polysaccharides commonly exist in the nature. They are combined in the form of alpha- or beta- glycosides from many same or diverse monosaccharides. Polysaccharides are important informational molecule and take part in various life activities of organism. We summary the studying and developmen- tal utilization from the different aspects of abstraction extraction and separation, discoloration and purification, analytical determi- nation, structure-function relationship, pharmacological action, biological function and elaborate the important function of plant polysaccharide as the main ingredient when it is used as the thera- peutic drug in the clinic. We hope it can provide the successful experience for further developing the more valuable products relat- ed to the plant polysaccharides.
