美国儿童网络隐私保护实践及对我国启示

近年来,计算机和网络技术的发展和普及使得越来越多的儿童接触、使用网络。儿童的价值观、判断力正处于建立的时期,在其使用网络的过程中,很容易受到网络所呈现的不良内容的影响,从而轻易泄漏其个人隐私。美国在儿童网络隐私保护方面做了很多工作,文章从立法、执法和企业自律情况三方面分析了美国对儿童网络隐私保护的措施,进而对比中美差异,对我国未成年人的网络隐私保护提出意见。

In recent years, the development and popularization of computer and network technology have led to more and more children in contact with the use of the network. Children＇s values, judgments are in the establishment of the period, in the process of using the network, they are vulnerable to be impacted of the adverse content presented by the network, so that they are also easy to leak their personal privacy. The United States has done a lot of work in the children＇s online privacy protection, the article analyzes American protection measures of children＇s online privacy from the aspects of legislative, law enforcement and corporate self-regulation, and then compare the differences between China and the United States, and make some recommendations of minors＇ online privacy protection of China
