高校富裕学生就业困境的反思与破解

On Reflection of and Solution to Employment Difficulties of Well-off students in Universities

高校就业工作中一直存在着重视贫困学生而忽视富裕学生的倾向。高校富裕学生存在就业困境的主要原因不在于社会、高校和家庭等外部支持系统的支持力度不足,而在于学生自身就业动机弱化、就业价值取向偏离化和就业能力不充分。突破富裕学生就业困境,需要增强职业规划效果,加强自我意识教育,完善就业实践体系并将其融合在高校思想政治教育体系中,有针对性的对部分富裕学生群体开展就业指导。

In universities, needy students usually get more attention and support than the well-off in employment. However, although the well-off students get support from society, school and family, they still have difficulty in finding the jobs because of their low motivation, wrong career orientation and lack of professional skills. In order to deal with these problems, it is necessary to help them with the career planning and strengthen the education of self-awareness. The university should also improve the employment practice and integrate it into the ideological and political education system and carry out the targeted employment guidance for some students.
