摘要
以两个品种辣椒种子为试验材料,用不同浓度赤霉素浸种处理,研究100mmol/L NaCl胁迫对辣椒种子萌发的影响.结果表明:一定浓度赤霉素可以缓解辣椒种子盐胁迫,提高种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数;赤霉素浸种最适浓度不同品种间存在差异,"镇研红果王"最适浓度为100mg/L,"巨无霸五号"为150mg/L.
The paper studied the effects of gibberellin treatment on seed germination under NaCl Stress of 100 mmol with two varieties of pepper seeds as experimental materials. The results showed that gibberellin of certain concentrations could alle viate salt stress, than improve the seed germination rate, germination force and germination index. And the optimum concentration of different seeds was different: the effects of 100 mg/L gibberellin treatment on the "Zhenyan Hongguowang" of NaCl stress damage were the most obvious, and the effects of 150 mg/L gibberellin treatment on the "Juwuba NO.5" of NaCl stress damage were the most obvious.
