苦丁茶防晒乳的研制及防晒效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 以海南大叶冬青苦丁茶为原料,选用乙醇作萃取剂,超声浸渍萃取工艺,提取苦丁茶中的防晒成分,并将其添加到基质膏方中制得不同苦丁茶提取物含量的防晒乳,利用感官指标检测评价其外观性状;采用紫外光谱评价防晒乳的UVB区防晒效果;并进行了苦丁茶防晒乳的稳定性及皮肤刺激性测试;结果表明,苦丁茶防晒乳具有一定的防晒效果,苦丁茶提取物添加量不同,防晒效果也不同.添加1.0%苦丁茶提取物的防晒乳在UVB波段(280—320 nm)的吸光度平均值高达1.649,具备较高效的紫外防护效果.苦丁茶提取物的防晒乳具有较好的冷热稳定性,对皮肤无刺激性. Taking broadleaf holly leaves from Hainan as material and selecting ethyl alcohol as extractant, sun blocking ingredients were extracted through ultrasonic immersion extraction method, and added into matrix to develop sun creams of different extract contents. The appearances were evaluated through the test of sensory index and the sun protection effects were evaluated through ultraviolet spectrophotometry method. Moreover, the stabilities of the sun creams and their skin irritations were tested. The results show that the sun creams with Kuding Tea extractants have the sun blocking effects and that the effects differ with the changes of the different Kuding con- tents. The sun creams with 1.0% Kuding extract content shows an average absorbancy of 1. 649 in UVB (280 - 320nm) and has very good Uv protection effect. The sun creams with Kuding extract has very good stability under different temperatures without skin irritation.
