中国南海部分岛礁上建设度假酒店的对策研究

Construction of Resort Hotels on Islands and Reefs of the South China Sea

在中国南海上管辖的200平方公里海域范围内有600余个天然岛礁滩,其中有100个左右的岛礁其地质条件和地理环境适合修建各类型度假酒店.为了充分开发中国南海的海洋资源,促进中国经济建设,服务于世界经济增长,依据我国南海部分热带岛礁的气候、环境、资源等天然优势,分析在中国南海部分岛礁上建设度假酒店的必要性、意义和面临的问题,提出中国南海部分岛礁上建设度假酒店的对策.

The South China Sea, with a jurisdictional area of some 200km2, is dotted with over 600 islands and reefs, out of which about 100 are geologically and geographically suitable for the construction of resort hotels of various types. In order to fully develop the marine resources of the South China Sea, to boost China＇s economic construction, to serve the world economic growth, and to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry in this area, the analysis was based on the natural advantages of some tropical islands and reefs with respect to the climate, environment, resources and so on. Meanwhile, this article also investigates the necessity and significance of the hotel construction on these islands and reefs along with the potential problems that are likely to emerge. Hence, some corresponding suggestions are put forward.
