基于瑞萨单片机的单相费控智能电能表设计

摘要 本设计是一款以电能计量为目的的电子产品,其MCU采用瑞萨的R7F0C004M2DFB,芯片内置高精度独立RTC实现产品宽工作温度范围内时钟;计量芯片采用锐能微生产的高精度单相计量芯片RN8209C以实现高精度计量;本电能表主要用于普通用户的电能计量、用电量查看、用电指示、费率切换、费控功能等。 The design is based on mcu of Renesas Electronics corporation, and a design scheme of single'phase smart meter with cost-control is proposed. In this paper, the hardware design framework and the main flow structure of the system are given, the hardware design of power supply and measurement is analyzed in detail, focuses on the realization of electric energy metering function. Without Liquid crystal drive chip and real-time clock chip, this Meter has the characteristics of low cost, accurate measurement and so on.
