脱毒银杏粉对高脂饮食小鼠肥胖的缓解作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立C57BL/6J小鼠肥胖模型,并在此基础上分析脱毒银杏粉对肥胖的缓解作用。方法实验动物分为4组,分别为对照组、模型组、模型+面粉组、模型+银杏粉组。动物饲养结束后分析不同处理组小鼠血液、肝脏、脂肪组织生理指标。结果银杏粉组小鼠与模型组和面粉组比较,血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、谷氨酸-丙酮酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、游离脂肪酸和瘦素的含量显著降低。肝脏和附睾脂肪组织指标测定结果显示,与模型组和面粉组相比,银杏粉组肝脏中甘油三酯、总胆固醇的含量显著降低。结论长期食用脱毒银杏粉对小鼠肥胖有显著的缓解作用。 Objective To study the effect of toxin-free ginkgo nuts powder on obesity in C57BL/6J mice induced by high fat diet. Methods Experimental mice were divided into four groups: normal control group, model group, (model+wheat) group, (model+ginkgo) group. After feeding for 18 weeks, physiological indices of blood, liver and adipose tissues in different groups were analyzed. Results Mice in (model+ginkgo) group showed reduced serum triglyceride, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate transaminase, free fatty acid and leptin levels compared with those of the mice in model group and (model+wheat) group. Compared with model group and (model+wheat) group, triglyceride and total cholesterol levels in liver and testicular adipose tissues of mice in (model+ginkgo) group reduced markedly compared with those of model group and (model+wheat) group. Conclusion Long-term edible ginkgo powder after detoxification had obvious effect on obese mice.
