通顶合剂雾化吸入对中风昏迷患者的疗效及对IL-6、NSE的影响

Effect of Atomizing Inhalation of Tongding Mixture on IL-6 and NSE in Patients with Stroke Coma

目的观察中药通顶合剂雾化吸入对中风昏迷患者的疗效及对患者白细胞介素6(IL-6)、神经特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)的影响。方法将52例中风昏迷患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药通顶合剂雾化吸入治疗。于入院时、治疗后第3,7,14天进行Glasgow昏迷指数评分(Glasgow Coma Scale,GCS评分)、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS评分)、检测血清IL-6、NSE含量。结果治疗后两组GCS评分、NIHSS评分得到改善,IL-6、NSE数值下降,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规治疗基础上联合中药院内制剂通顶合剂雾化吸入,能有效降低中风患者昏迷程度,并能明显降低患者血清IL-6、NSE含量,促进脑损伤修复,改善预后。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of atomizing inhalation of Tongding mixture on patients with stroke coma and its effect on interleukin-6（IL-6） and nerve-specific enolase（NSE）. METHODS Fifty-two patients with stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group were treated with routine western medicine. The treatment group was treated with atomization inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine Tongding mixture based on routine western medicine. Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS）, National Institutes of Health Neurological Deficits（NIHSS）, and serum IL-6 and NSE levels were measured at admission, on 3rd, 7th and 14 th day after treatment. RESULTS After treatment, GCS score, NIHSS score improved, IL-6 and NSE values decreased and there was significant difference of IL-6 and NSE between control group and treatment group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The combination of routine western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine inhalation, can effectively reduce the degree of coma in stroke patients, and can significantly reduce the serum IL-6, NSE content, promote brain injury and improve the prognosis.
