品管圈活动在降低病房“红灯”呼叫频率中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用品管圈降低病房"红灯"呼叫的频率。方法成立品管圈,按品管圈活动的10个步骤,分析病房"红灯"呼叫的原因,针对性地拟定对策并实施。结果实施品管圈活动后,病房"红灯"呼叫频率从71%降到11%。结论应用品管圈能有效降低病房"红灯"呼叫的频率,提高护士主动解决临床问题的能力,从而提高护理质量与患者满意度。 Objective Reducing Ward tube " red light" call frequency. Methods Set up a quality control circle, by 10 steps of quality control circle activity, analysis unit "red light" call, pointed to develop strategies and implement. Results After implementation of QC cir- cle activities in wards, "red light" call rates reduced from 71% to 11%. Conclusion The products can effectively reduce the tube unit " red light" call frequency to improve nurses "ability of salving clinical problems, improve quality of care and patient satisfaction.
