2种兜兰在温室栽培条件下的光合代谢特性 被引量:2

摘要 本研究以温室栽培条件下的魔帝兜兰(Paphiopedilum maudiea)和肉饼兜兰(Paphiopedilum Pacific Shamrock)为研究对象,以LI-6400XT便携式光合作用测量仪,测定分析了2中兜兰净光合速率等生理代谢特性.结果表明魔帝兜兰和肉饼兜兰大苗和小苗叶绿素含量均值分别为:(u±SE,U):46.72±6.77、36.28±8.12、56.18±8.41、53.35±5.61;净光合速率均值分别为(u±SE,μmol CO_2m^(-2)s^(-1)):1.85±0.37、1.22±0.33、3.01±0.30、2.43±0.28.协方差分析表明,光合速率对检测室和参比室间二氧化碳浓度差影响最为明显(R^2=0.99),而光合速率与蒸腾速率相互之间、光合速率对样品检测室内外的水分差与湿度差都具有一定的影响. This paper was concerning to photosynthesis metabolism characters of Paphiopedilum maudiea and Paphiopedilum Pacific cultivated in greenhouse. The content of chlorophyll and photosynthesis metabolism characters of two kinds of Paphiopedilum were measured and compared using the L1-6400XT portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that, there were significant differences between important traits, among the large seedling groups and the small seedling groups, in the two kinds of Paphiopedilum. The chlorophyll content value of the four groups were (u ± SE, U):46.72 ± 6.77, 36.28 ± 8,12, 56.18 ± 8.41, 53.35 ± 5.61; and the net photosynthesis rate of the four groups were (u ± SE,μmol CO2 m-2 s-1): 1.85 ± 0.37, 1.22 ± 0.33, 3.01 ± 0.30, 2.43± 0.28, respectively. The covariance analysis showed there are the most significant effect (R2 = 0.99) of net photosynthesis rate on the carbon dioxide concentration difference between the measurement room and the reference room. Meanwhile, there were certain effects of net photosynthesis rate on other physiological traits such as transpiration rate, water difference and humidity difference between the measurement room and the reference room.
