社会体育指导与管理专业创业人才培养方案研究——以闽南师范大学为例

The Research on the Education Programs of Entrepreneurial Undergraduate Talents for Social Sports and Management Major——Minnan Normal University as Example

为构建合理的社会体育指导与管理专业创业人才培养方案,本文通过文献查阅,比较研究和逻辑分析等方法进行研究.研究结果表明:闽南师范大学社会体育指导与管理专业创业人才培养方案经过培养单位、学生、用人单位及领域专家等多方努力,充分体现了学校和专业的定位,培养适应地方发展的体育旅游、健身休闲领域的专门应用型人才.培养方案对学生的素质、能力和知识方面做了较为具体的规定,构建了四平台三模块的课程模式,同时加强专业联合,强化专业群建设.针对培养方案中出现的创业和选修课程少、专业实践不足及与实践基地合作过程中的其他问题,提出:学校统一开设更多创业和选修课程,优质资源共享;增加教师数量,改善师资结构;扩大实习实践基地数量和类型等.

To structure the education programs of entrepreneurial undergraduate talents for social sports guidance and management major, the paper uses the methods as literature, comparison and logical analysis. The result shows： the education programs of entrepreneurial undergraduate talents for social sports guidance and management major of Minnan Normal University fully embodies the location of the school and the major through the effort from the school, students an the experts, to make sure to culture the professional and practicability talents. The education programs sets the standards of the quality, ability and the knowledge, structures the four platform and three modules curriculum mode, to build the professional groups at the same time. The paper advises the school to establish more entrepreneurial and optional courses, to share the quality resources, to introduce more teachers and to sign more practice bases to solve the problem which stunt the development of the social sports guidance and management major.
