摘要
为贯彻"十三五"加快残疾人小康进程规划纲要精神,更好提高福建省残疾人的健身参与,运用文献资料调研、访谈、实地观察、个案分析等方法,对福建省残疾人"福乐健身站"发展状况进行分析.结果表明:福乐健身站数量已达到相当规模,但大部分存在场地、设施、人员、内容、台账、安全应急等方面的问题.提出福乐健身站的服务标准化建设,及构建外周支持联动网络、落实人员层级问责制度、健全"评价与改进"循环机制、重视残疾人的需求导向等对策,不断提升"福乐健身站"服务质量.
The paper aims to carry out the spirit of the"13th Five-Year Plan"to accelerate the process of well-off work of the disabled ,which will improve the fitness of disabled people in Fujian Province, uses literature research, interview, observation, case analysis and other methods to analyze the development of "Joy Fitness Sta-tion"of disabled people in Fujian province.The results show that the number of "Joy Fitness Station" has reached a considerable scale, but most of that exists some problems such as sites, facilities, personnel, content, accounting, security and so on. We put forward the standardization construction of "Joy Fitness Station", and construct the external support linkage network, implement the personnel level accountability system, improve the "evaluation and improvement" circulation mechanism, attach importance to the needs of the disabled and other measures, to improve the service quality of"Joy Fitness Station"constantly.
