摘要 飞机油箱微生物腐蚀已成为一个威胁飞行安全的问题。从整体油箱内水、燃油、油箱填充物、密封胶、防护涂层及温度等几方面,对微生物的生长条件进行了分析。从微生物对油箱防护涂层的直接腐蚀、失去防护涂层后的金属腐蚀、微生物导致的酸性腐蚀等几个方面,分析了微生物的腐蚀方式。从飞机结构设计、定期检测及油箱清洁等几个方面,提出了整体油箱微生物腐蚀的预防与控制措施,可有效提高飞机油箱防微生物腐蚀能力。 Microbial corrosion has become a threat to flight safety. This paper, from the water, filler, sealant, protective coating and the temperature of several aspects, analysis the growth condition of mi- croorganisms. From the aspects of the direct corrosion of the protective coating of the fuel tank, the corrosion of the metal from the protective coating, and the acid corrosion caused by microorganisms, the corrosion pattern of the microorganism was analyzed. From the aspects of aircraft structure de- sign, periodic inspection and cleaning of oil tank, this paper puts forward the measures of prevention and control of microbial corrosion of oil tank, Can effectively improve the microbial corrosion of aircraft fuel tank.
