Grasp the Three Dimensions of the “Timing”of Ideological and Political Education

思想政治教育的"时"是发挥思想政治教育实效的基础,是思想政治教育的"度"和"效"的前提,把握思想政治教育"时"的三维度即从宏观上明确思想政治教育的时代观照,把握思想政治教育的主要任务;中观上完成新时期背景下的教育任务,把握思想政治教育的阶段性特征;微观上抓住关键的教育时刻,把握思想政治教育的最佳时机。为此需要以加强主流意识形态为重点,按照思想政治教育阶段性的要求开展思想政治教育实践活动,提高教师的教育机智从而思想政治教育工作才能真正做到因势而谋,应势而动,顺势而为。

The timing of the ideological and political education is the basis tor developing the ellectlveness oI the ideological and political education; and is also the premise for achieving the ＂degree＂ and ＂effectiveness＂ of the ideological and political education. To grasp the three dimensions of the ＂timing＂ of ideological and political education means to specify the up-to-date ideas of ideological and political education of the times on the macro level, and grasp the main tasks of the ideological and political education; to complete the education tasks of the new period on the medium level, and grasp the periodical characteristics of ideological and political education; to seize the key moment of education on the micro level, and grasp the best time to carry out ideological and political education. To achieve these ends, we need to strengthen the mainstream ideology as the focus, carry out the practice of ideological and political education according to the periodical requirements of the ideological and political education, and improve teachers＇ educational wisdom, so that the work of ideological and political education can become successful.
