摘要
通过建立利益诉求事项办理的满意度评价体系,确定客观、科学的评价指标,建立学生诉求过程中受理、协调、督办、反馈、回访工作机制,切实维护好学生的合法权益,进一步促进高校维权工作的纵深发展。
Through the construction of satisfaction evaluation system for college students' interest demands establishment of objective and scientific evaluation index, and the building of a working mechanism of acceptance, coordination, supervision and feedback, the legitimate rights and interests of college students can be safeguarded, and the work of rights protection in colleges and universities can be further developed in depth and breadth.
