Social Mobilization and the Communist Youth League's “Three Walk”Campaign in Higher Educational Institutes

动员是共青团与青年互动的重要机制,在动员机制的介入和影响下,青年个体与青年组织、政党紧紧地联系在一起,青年的群体意识得以觉醒并持续强化。"三走"活动作为新时期青年动员的重要形式,构建起以"运动+"为纽结的青年动员链条,即设计动员议题、形成动员合理、调整动员内容、扩大动员影响、提升动员效果。"三走"活动对新时期共青团动员青年具有重要启示意义:动员青年要以青年利益为导向;要找准青年动员的关键纽结;动员的形式和方法要与时俱进;要遵循规律、把握节奏、注重实效;要以改革为契机,深化动员的组织结构改革。

Mobilization is an important mechanism for the interaction between the Communist Youth League and the youth. Under the influence of the mobilization mechanism and intervention, the youth has closely connected with youth organizations and the party, and their group consciousness has been awakened and continue to be strengthened. As an important form of youth mobilization in the new period, the ＂Three Walk＂ campaign has built a youth mobilization chain linked by ＂Movement ＋＂ , namely, designing mobilization issues, forming reasonable mobilization, adjusting mobilization contents, expanding mobilization influences, and enhancing mobilization effects. This campaign has important implications for the Communist Youth League to mobilize the youth in the new era： Youth mobilization should be geared to the youth＇ s benefits; the key knot of youth mobilization should be identified; the forms and methods of mobilization should be kept in pace with the times; youth mobilization should follow the law, grasp the rhythm, and pay attention to the actual effect; and opportunities should be taken to deepen the reform of the organization structure of mobilization.
