Research on the Life Quality of the Elderly in Nursing Home and Social Workers' Intervention Strategies

中国正在迈向老龄化社会,机构养老成为中国老年健康工作的支撑性角色。在对广州市XX社会福利院的研习中发现,养老机构存在着管理方式、硬件设施、饮食结构、医护体系等一系列问题。因此,要从宏观、中观、微观等多角度入手,同时注意引入社会工作者队伍,多方面的完善机构养老工作。

With the advent of aging society, institutes for old-age care are playing a supporting role in the care for the elderly in China. Based on the investigation of Guangzhou＇ XX Social Welfare Institute, the author found that a series of problems exist in such elderly nursing home, such as management, hardware facilities, dietary structure, and medical care system. To solve these problems, measures should be taken from macro, medium and micro levels. At the same time, social workers can be introduced to improve the work of institutions for old-age care from multiple aspects.
