摘要
中国大陆经济发展进入新常态,大学生就业面临就业总量不确定及就业结构化矛盾深化的可能性,大陆高校就业指导工作创新问题亟待解决。本研究以台湾师范大学为例,概括其健全制度建设及规范人员准入机制、贯穿大学四年的就业指导工作指南、以生涯辅导为核心的特点。基于此,大陆高校可借鉴台湾师范大学,从机构功能完善、师资队伍建设、精准服务设计、科研提升发展四个方面提升生涯辅导的实效性。
With China' s economy stepping into the "new normal" phase,employment of college graduates are facing problems such as uncertainty of employment amount, and deepening of employment structural contradictions ; and the innovation of the employment guidance work of China's Mainland' s colleges and universities has become a major issue for urgent solution. Taking National Taiwan Normal University as an example, this paper summarizes the features of its employment guidance as: comprehensive system construction, normative personnel access mechanism, four-year employment guidance, and pivoting on career counselling. Based on the above findings, this paper suggests that colleges and universities of China's Mainland can learn from National Taiwan Normal University, and enhance the effectiveness of their career counselling by perfecting institutional functions, building professional teams, providing accurate and quality services and improving research capacities.
