摘要
1病例资料患者1,男,24岁,主因间断牙龈出血2周,视物模糊4d,发现白细胞增高1d于2015年4月7日入院。体检：腰背部及双下肢皮肤散在片状瘀斑,双侧颈部、锁骨上、腹股沟可触及多个肿大淋巴结,右眼视力减退,胸骨压痛阳性,脾大：Ⅰ线13 cm,Ⅱ线23cm,Ⅲ线＋3cm。
Two chronic myeloid leukemia （BP） patients were suffered from severe hemorrhage combined with disseminated intravascular coagulation, and they received tyrosine kinase inhibitor combined with chemotherapy and active supportive treatment. One patient was converted to chronic phase and the other one received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
