摘要
对上海某单层木质结构进行损伤鉴定,针对破坏特点,采用强度合理的新木材对腐蚀段进行更换,并将新旧两端用铁件进行加固,对加固后的结构进行了外观、轴线间距、构件挠度、柱垂直度、房屋沉降差等五个方面的测量,并对房屋进行综合鉴定,结果表明:房屋在正常使用荷载下可安全使用,为我国现存木结构的保护方法提供一定的参考。
The dandification of monolayer timber structure was accredited. According to the characteristics of dandifi-cation, the corrosion were replaced by a new wood with reasonable strength, and then old and new wood were reinforcedthrough iron plate. Afterwards, the appearance, space of axial, deflection of beam, verticality of column and differential set-tlement of the reinforced structure were monitored and the comprehensive assessment was conducted. The results show thatthe structure can be safely used in normal service loads, which provide some reference for the protection of the present tim-ber structure in our country.
