0～2岁婴幼儿头发中微量元素含量情况调查

Trace Elements in Hair of Infants Aged 0～2

为了解深圳市罗湖区儿童头发中微量元素情况 ,检测了本区 784名散居儿童头发中Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mn和Pb的含量。结果表明 ,0岁组中发锌缺乏占第一位 ,第二位为铅高 ,第三位为缺钙 ;1～和 2～岁组铅高占第一位 ,第二位为缺锌 ,第三位为缺钙 ;同时头发中锌缺乏、锰缺乏随着年龄的增加逐渐减少 ;铁缺乏随着年龄的增加而逐渐增多 ;0～ 2岁组中微量元素缺乏与铅高无性别差异。

The content of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mn and Pb was determined in hair of 784 infants aged 0～2.The results indicate that the most frequent occurrence of trace elements variety in 0 year old group is deficiency of Zn,accumulation of Pb and deficiency of Ca,respectively;in 1～2 year old group,accumulation of Pb,deficiency of Zn and Ca are most frequent events;moreover,deficiency of Zn and Ca in hair decreases with age;deficiency of Fe increases with age;no significant difference between sex and accumulation of Pb is observed in these infants.
