EGb761对抗3,3-亚氨基二丙腈耳蜗毒性的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为研究EGb 761对 3 ,3 -亚氨基二丙腈 (IDPN)耳蜗毒性的对抗作用 ,观察了豚鼠单独注射IDPN及同时予EGb 761注射一段时间后 ,听觉脑干诱发反应、耳蜗微音器电位的变化。结果表明 ,EGb 761组动物的ABR阈值、CM阈值均较IDPN组明显降低。IDPN组比EGb 761组ABR波Ⅲ潜伏期延长、振幅减小及CM的振幅减小。可见EGb 761能减轻IDPN的耳蜗毒性。 To study the protective effect of EGb 761 on 3,3-iminodipropionitriles(IDPN)ototoxicity,twenty healthy male guinea pigs were divided into two groups.One group was exposed IDPN administered ip.in three consecutive days and the other group was administered EGb 761 for ten days while exposed the same dosage IDPN.Auditory brainstem responses(ABR)were recorded before exposure and 1,3,5,9,14,18 post-exposure.Cochlear microphonics(CM)was also recorded 18 d after exposure.The results show that the thresholds of ABR and CM are much lower in EGb 761 groups than those in IDPN groups.Compared with the IDPN groups,latency is prolonged and the amplitude is decreased in EGb 761 groups.It concluded these findings suggest that EGb 761 attenuate the IDPN-induced ototoxicity in guinea pigs.
