Review on the Symposium "Ethics and Legal Countermeasures of Surrogacy"

在代孕应否合法化再次在学术界及实务界引发巨大争议的背景下,上海社科院法学所生命法研究中心以该所2017级在读硕士研究生为对象,组织了主题为"代孕的伦理之纬度与法律对策"的小型学术研讨会,从伦理到法律研讨了代孕问题。其研讨综述如下。

The legalization in surrogate again triggered a controversy in the academic and practical field, under this background, life law research center of Law Institute of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences took the graduate students of grade 2017 as the object, held a small symposium entitled ＂Ethics and Legal Countermeasures of Surrogacy＂, and had a heated discussion on surrogacy from ethics to the legal problems. In this paper, the author presents the review expecting to ask for advice from academic colleagues.
