摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定氯地庆溶液中苯甲酸钠含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法,C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相0.02mol·L^(-1)醋酸铵溶液-甲醇(90∶10);检测波长230nm;进样量10μL;柱温25℃;流速1m L·min^(-1)。结果苯甲酸钠在24.0μg·mL^(-1)~120.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,y=2.5997×10^(-4)x-2.195×10^(-3)(r=0.9995),平均回收率为96.6%,RSD=1.98%(n=9)。结论所建方法便捷、重现性好,适用于氯地庆溶液中苯甲酸钠的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of sodium benzoate in Loradiqin solution. METHODS Using a HPLC method with C ms column ( 150mm ×4.6mm,5 μm;the mobile phase was a mix-ture of ammonium acetate solution-methanol(90: 10) ;the detection wavelength at 230nm; the injection volume was 10lxL;eolumn temperature was 25℃ and flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1. RESULTS The standard curve was linear over the range of 24. 0μg · mL-1 - 120. 0μg ·mL-1 and regression of sodium benzoate was Y = 2. 5997 ×10^-4X - 2. 195 × 10 ^-3 (r = 0. 9995 ), the average recovery rate was 96.6% with RSD = 1.98% ( n = 9 ). CONCLUSION The method is convenient and reproducible, and is suitable for the determination of sodium benzoate in Loradiqin so- lution.
