摘要 在考察绿色技术创新与中国制造业升级发展之间关系的基础上,对产业升级的内涵进行了拓展和深化,将其分为价值导向型、资源导向型和环境导向型3种类型;继而采用联立方程模型就绿色技术创新对中国制造业产业升级的作用机制进行了实证研究。研究发现,政府补贴加强了绿色技术创新的产业升级效应,同时,绿色技术创新通过马太效应提高行业集中度来实现全行业进入规模化和集约化生产,有效地降低了能耗和减少了污染排放,而现阶段出口贸易低端化的现状使得绿色技术创新并不能通过出口作用于产业升级。 Based on analyzing the relationship between green technology innovation and manufacturing upgrading, we deepen the connotation of industrial upgrading and divided it into three levels, including value-oriented, resource-oriented and environment-oriented. On this basis, we study the influence of green technology innovation to industrial upgrading through simultaneous equations model and find that government subsidies strengthen industrial upgrading effect of green technology innovation. At the same time, green technology innovation enhances the pro- fession concentration degree by Matthew effect, achieving the whole industry large-scale and intensive producing, reducing the energy consumption and pollution emissions effectively. However, green technology innovation cannot promote the development of industrial upgrading through chain. exports because it locates in the low-end of the global value chain.
