摘要
随着互联网的普及,众筹模式发展迅速,众筹市场虽然拥有数量巨大的潜在支持者,但是众筹平台之间竞争激烈,优胜劣汰现象明显。因此,在众筹加速发展的过程中,如何建立众筹平台潜在支持者的初始信任变得至关重要。在梳理现有文献的基础上,剖析众筹平台潜在支持者的初始信任来源,从潜在支持者、众筹平台和外部环境3方面详细阐述众筹平台潜在支持者初始信任的影响因素,并构建影响因素模型,通过展望该领域未来的研究方向,为相关研究提供借鉴。
With the popularity of the Internet,crowd-funding mode is developing rapidly.Although crowd-funding market has a huge number of potential supporters,competitions between crowd-funding platforms are much more fierce,and the phenomenon of survival of the fittest is quite obvious.Therefore,in the process of accelerating the development of crowd-funding,how to build the initial trust of the potential supporters of the crowd-funding platform becomes critical.Combing the existing literature based,the paper analyzes the origins of the initial trust of the potential supporters of crowd-funding firstly.Then,it expounds the factors affecting the initial trust of the potential supporters of crowd-funding platform from three aspects of potential supporters,crowd-funding platform and external environment.It also constructs a influential factor model of the initial trust of the potential supporters of crowd-funding platform.Finally,it summarizes the research and prospects the future research directions in this field in order to provide reference for the related research.
