陶瓷研磨体在水泥球磨机的应用是一项刚刚起步尚未成熟的技术。文章介绍了陶瓷研磨体的节电原理和三个具体厂家使用成功的案例,在此基础上,总结了陶瓷研磨体的使用问题并详尽分析了使用中的注意事项,最后展望了陶瓷研磨体的发展前景和发展方向。
The application of ceramic grinding media in cement ball mill is a technology that is not yet mature. This paper introduces the principle of energy-saving of the ceramic grinding body and three cases of successful using in different plants, on this basis, summariz- es the use problems of ceramic grinding body and a detailed analysis of the matters needing attention, finally the prospect and develop- ment direction of ceramic grinding body.
