Analysis and Optimization of Intake Systems Noise of a Vehicle Based on GT-POWER Model

摘要 为了解某发动机搭载整车的噪声情况,应用GT-POWER软件对整车的进气系统噪声进行计算。首先在软件环境中建立发动机的热力学模型,并按照台架实验的数据进行标定;然后基于校准后的热力学模型对整车进气系统与发动机进行耦合噪声分析,发现总噪声和阶次噪声均超标;最后,针对噪声尖点设计消声元件,经计算验证,噪声线满足目标要求。 Abstract: In order to know the noise of a gasoline engine matching vehicle, intake systems noise of the vehicle was calculated by GT- POWER. Firstly, engine's thermodynamic model was built in the software environment, and the model was verified by engine experiment data. Secondly, based on calibrated model, noise coupling analysis of vehicle's intake systems and engine was done. The results showed both of total noise and order noise were out of limits. Finally, silencing elements were designed to aim at strong noise points, and the simulation results verified the noise lines met the requirements of target.
