喷丸工艺对连杆疲劳安全影响分析

摘要 柴油机由于连杆在铸造过程中有着各种各样的不可控因素,导致其在长时间运行后易发生疲劳破坏。连杆喷丸工艺目前已经被应用于生产中,用以提高柴油机连杆的疲劳性能。喷丸工艺所产生的表面残余应力是提高疲劳性能的关键因素。我们以620柴油机连杆作为研究对象,研究在不同喷丸工艺下,连杆的疲劳性能的变化。 Abstract: The diesel engine is prone to fatigale damage after a long run for the connecting rod has a variety of uncontrollable factors in the casting process. Shot peening technology has now being used in production, in order to improve fatigue performance of/he connecting rod of diesel engine. The surface residual stress produced by shot blasting is the key factor to improve the fatigue performance. This paper takes the diesel 620 engine's connecting rod as the research object, and studies the changes in fatigue properties of the connecting rod under different shot peening process.
