摘要 元月下旬,配套公司WP16电控单体泵的柴油机厂及拖拉机厂家均在试验过程中出现了一定比例的凸轮轴信号故障(相位同步错误),造成发动机难起动或起动后很快自动熄火,对公司的产品形象造成了不良影响。通过对故障原因进行深入的分析,找到了解决故障问题的措施,使WP16电控泵能继续批量装机。 Abstract: In late January, both diesel engine factory and tractor manufacturers supporting WP16 EUP have a certain proportion of the eamshaf! signal fault during the test (phase synchronization error), causing the engine difficult to start or start soon after aulomatic flameout, resulting in adverse effects on the company's produel image. In this paper, through the analysis of the causes of the fauh, we find the measures to solve the problem, so that the WPI6 electronic control pump can continue to be installed in batches.
