摘要
结合电脑横机选针电磁阀的组成解耦及工作原理,根据电磁场有限元基础,建立分析模型,利用Ansoft Maxwell软件对电磁阀的安匝数、气隙、永磁体厚度等电磁参数和机械结构参数进行仿真,对比各种电磁参数、外形尺寸及铁芯的受力情况,分析各参数对切向驱动力的影响,从而选取最合适的一组参数进行小批量试制。设定安匝数为440安匝、气隙为0.35 mm、永磁体尺寸为6.5 mm×3.5 mm×1.0 mm,选用Br为1.26、Hc为1 000的永磁体,上机验证优化结果,经实际使用,效果良好。
The analysis model is established according to the basic theory of electromagnetic field finite element analysis and the operating principle of needle selection electromagnet with decoupling. Then the computer simulation is made in terms of different ampere-turns, different air-gap, different thickness of permanent magnets by Ansoft Maxwell, and it compares the mechanic force of iron core under different parameters and sizes, at last it makes small-batch trial with the most suitable optimized parameters to confirm optimization effect. Suppose that ampereturns is 440,air-gap is 0.35,permanent magnet dimension is 6.5×3.5×1.0 mm, residual magnetism Br is 1.26 T,coercive force Hc is 1 000 KA/m. It is proved to be with good performance.
