新型舒适光亮滑爽面料染整加工

摘要 讨论了以莫代尔与铜氨混纺纤维为面纱、以改性涤纶半光加弹丝为地纱的纬平针面料的染整加工工艺,通过正交试验确定了低浓度液碱处理和中性酶抛光处理最佳工艺,再进行面料大生产加工,制定了合理的染色和定形整理工艺。结果表明,最佳碱处理工艺为:碱浓度为50.0 g/L,浸碱80 s,25℃;最佳中性酶抛光工艺为:酶用量0.5%,45 min,50℃,p H值6~7;面料再经合理染色和定形加工,可具有吸湿透气、柔软滑爽、舒适平整、光泽柔和、真丝感等性能,和很高的抗起毛起球效果。 The dyeing and finishing of knitted fabric was discussed, which was knitted with modal and copper ammonia blended fiber as surface and modified polyester semigloss DTY as ground. The optimal alkali treatiment process with low concentration and neutral enzyme polishing process were confirmed by orthogonal test. And then it was used for mass production processing, and reasonable dyeing and setting process were formulated. The results show that the optimal alkali treatment process is that alkali concentration is 50.0 g/L for 80 seconds under 25 ~C; the optimal neutral enzyme polishing process is that enzyme is 0.5% for 45 minutes under 50 ℃,pH value is 6-7; the fabric treated by reasonable dyeing and setting process can have the properties of breathable, moisture absorption ,soft and smooth, Comfortable flat, tender luster and silky hand, and it also has high anti-pilling effect.
