硅藻土改性酚醛泡沫的研究 被引量:1

摘要 酚醛泡沫材料具有很好的保温防火性能,但其也存在一些不足,如强度差、脆性大,影响了酚醛泡沫的使用。文中用硅藻土作为改性剂,对酚醛泡沫材料进行了物理改性,改性后酚醛泡沫材料压缩强度从0.034 MPa提高到0.063 MPa,冲击强度从2.3kJ/m^2提高到4.0kJ/m^2,粉化率从6.1%降至3.4%,硅藻土改性酚醛泡沫在强度方面有明显的改善。极限氧指数达到36%以上,其阻燃性有小幅度改善。 The phenolic foams(PF)have excellent fire resistance.However,there are some shortcomings of phenolic foams such as poor strength and easily broken which affect the use of phenolic foams.In this research,we used diatomite as physical toughening agent to reinforce the phenolic foams.As the incorporation of diatomite,the performance of phenolic foams have improved.The compresssion strength enhanced form 0.034 MPa to 0.063 MPa,the impact strength from 2.3kJ/m^2 to 4.0kJ/m^2,pulverzation rate reduced from 6.1% to 3.4%.The strength of the PF modified by diatomite have improved obviously.And the LOI is 36%,the flammability have improved a little.
